My cable seals under the backseat where the cables enter the fuselage look to be made of felt. They are also very old stiff and dirty. What do you all do to replace these?

I was looking at the Navion Manual and in the fuel section it says to remove and clean the relief valve screen every 25 hours. Located right in front of the electric fuel pump. Anyone ever do that? Do have have to drain the Fuel or will shutoff valve stop the fuel to this screen? I don’t even know w...

I noticed when cleaning the plane the leading edge inboard rib on both right and left have a single rivet that show signs of being loose. Only rivet like that.
Any ideas?
