Dear Navion-Interested,

My name is Par Erixon, and I'm a pilot in Sweden assisting a friend with a Navion, serial NAV-4-1818.
The gauge for the Main Fuel Tank needs to be replaced, and when checking with Aircraftspruce the part numbers are not matching with his gauges ?
Scroll down for partnumbers -https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/ ... -04279.php

My friends 6 hole gauge from his Main Fuel Tank is marked with the number which Aircraftspruce considers to be for the Aux Tank 145-51071-4 and his smaller dia 6 hole installed Aux Tank Gauge is marked with the part number that Aircraftspruce states as destined for the Main Tank ?

Any advice about this confusion is welcome plus recommendations about where to buy a Main Fuel Tank Gauge if Aircraftspruce can' assist ?

Thank you.
Best Regards from Sweden !

The 6-hole senders were originally King-Seeley. They were not resistive and required a matching gauge. Sierra Hotel makes resistive senders with matching 6-hole plates and clocked correctly for the arm swing. They assigned part numbers to the replacements. Spruce gets these senders from SHA so I suggest checking directly with SHA to verify which P/N is correct. It is probably the one marked on the old part but given the price and shipping, it's best to confirm.
