I noticed when cleaning the plane the leading edge inboard rib on both right and left have a single rivet that show signs of being loose. Only rivet like that.
Any ideas?

Pretty common. I've seen it happen on the wings. I suspect it's due to 70+ years of vibration. The fix is just to replace the rivet. I wouldn't expect anything critically wrong.
