TOE BRAKE ACTUATOR

Post by BOB N2460T »

I need a rebuild kit for the toe brake actuators for a Rangemaster, does anyone have the parts numbers available for the o rings. My parts book shows a hand brake.

I did mine a few years ago. They are standard o-ring part numbers. I should have the part numbers at the hangar. I will get them in the next few days.

If I remember right, there are two internal o-rings per cylinder and one o-ring to seal the cap. Three o-rings to re-seal each master cylinder.

-MS28775-110
-MS28775-113
-MS28775-012

As another option, you can check with Plane Parts Inc, they have been offering o-ring kits for most of the Navion parts (gear actuators, struts, etc.) and are generally reasonable in price.
