Its considered half flaps. Check the service manual for the actual degree value. You can only get close anyway since the flap actuation and stop has some slop.

Those large holes might have been for the Fletcher augmentor tubes. On that one pic of the orange hose laying on the edge of the baffle opening you might want to pit some of the plastic “caterpillar” edging to prevent the aluminum baffle from sawing into the fire sleeve and hose. By URL do you mean the video has to be posted on a website like Youtube versus just on your phone or computer? I tried posting a video as an attachment but none of the video files on my phone showed up.
